Overall there are eight dimensions of health. The dimensions are physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, socal, environmental, financial, and organizational. These dimensions were first discussed by the US wellness center and they were developed to help us as people to better watch our health. These eight dimensions are essential to our lives.
The first dimension is physical health. Physical health impacts me personally because I try to be as physically healthy as possible. Not only is being physcally healthy good for it'll make you look good too. When you look good you feel and that is ultimately the goal in life.
Physical health also has an impact on society too. If everyone in the world was physically healthy there would be no obesity. Also people wouldn't feel the need to have to compete with people to lose weight because they would be happy with the way that they looked. Girls wouldn't feel that they aren't skinny enough and guys wouldn't want to get thinner either.
The next dimension of health is emotional health. Emotional health affects your feelings and emotions. Personally emotional health affects me because sometimes I can let my emotions get the best of me. If I talked about my feelings more than I wouldn't let my emotions build up so much.
Emotional health is important to the community because everybody needs an outlet to express their feelings. Without this outlet they would also let their emotions buildup and express them in the wrong way. I believe this is a big reason for crime and other violent actions. Also not even just crime if your not emotionally healthy it can just bring you down.
The third dimension of health is...
