350 word summary
In doing my research on the Career Interest Profiler, It came up with many different positions with companies I would be good for allot of different social positions such as sales and marketing and I think that is wonderful because I am going for a degree in marketing as well as I am a very talkative person and would love to get a job in that field. The companies I could see working for is places like wal-mart because they are big with sales and different specials I would love the opportunity to work with a big company like that I am realistic in the fact I may not be office material however I am a people person and here are many different positions I could apply for marking with a discount store such as wal-mart grocery stores, target among other companies like that as well as There are other jobs like being a social worker. I am a very outgoing people person and I personally find anything to do with the public I could actually if I wanted to think of social worker as a marketing job for the simple reason is there are so many various types of social workers and they can look to work in various companies. I found it very interesting that in a assignment from last week that stated I would be suitable to work in the field of teaching as I love the thrill of competition My first passion as children there are our future and I could see myself as a teacher but for personal reasons I don't think that I could handle it because I have anxiety yes there is stress with marketing but you sit behind a computer or on the phone. I personally see myself as a loner so marketing would be great as long as I could do something for the public fast food is a position I hold now but really tests my patience. To make a long story short I really feel that a job is a job as long as you are happy even going for a degree whomever you are may decide that you want to work in another field.

As a freshman in college, I’m supposed to know what career I want to pursue in the future. However, I’ve had troubles deciding what I want to do with my life because of the continuous growth and expansion of the work industry. All I know for sure, is that I want to positively impact another individual’s life. It is important that I am involved in a career that contributes to a person’s happiness. I want to be “that person” that help boost another individual’s confidence. At this moment, I have two careers in mind: Dental Hygiene or an Elementary School Teacher. Both of these careers are different, but in order for me choose a career it needs to these four focus areas: decent work environment, a stable work schedule, high pay/salary, and good…

On November 21, I received a negative counseling for disrespecting a Non Commissioned Officer, though it was warranted by a series of events I didn’t agree with I should have found a more appropriate way to voice my concerns. The online dictionary defines disrespect as an expression of lack of respect and a fashion that is generally disrespectful and contemptuous. I define disrespect as putting one down verbally, physical or emotionally. In this essay I will be talking about the research I did on article 88 and 91 of the uniformed code of military justice. Disrespect and insubordination in the army affects the ability of a unit to maintain discipline and order. The uniformed code of military justice (ucmj) is the bedrock of military law. The uniformed code of military justice, (ucmj), and are known as the "punitive articles," that is, specific offenses can result in court-martial. The law requires the commander in chief (the president of the United States of America) to implement the provisions of the uniformed code of military justice (ucmj). The president does this via an executive order known as the "manual for court martial" (mcm). Chapter four of the manual for court martial, aka mcm, includes and expands on the punitive articles. The manual for court martial, mcm, divides the punitive articles into six parts, the text, and elements of the offense, an explanation, lesser included offenses, maximum permissive punishments, and sample specifications. The first part of six of the manual for court martial, mcm, is the text. This is the exact text of the article, as congress approved it and the uniformed code of military justice, ucmj. The second part of six of the manual for court martial, mcm, is the elements; these are the specifics of the offense. The third is next but, first back to the elements... In order to support a finding of guilty, the government must prove each and every element of the offense…

Hello to all, my name is Judith Solis. I am a Nutrition Science major attending College of the Canyons for the first time. I am a full time student and this is the first online course I will be taking. I am enrolled in this English 101 class to complete part of my transfer requirements, as I would like to transfer to a four-year university as soon as possible. If I could afford to be a student for life that’s exactly what I would like to do. I would like to transfer, preferably, to UCLA and further pursue my education there. Although I have always placed advanced in English, I have never really enjoyed any of the English courses I’ve taken. No aspects of it have really jumped out at me to grab my attention, but I guess some things just come naturally (No matter how boring the subject). What I do aspire to be is an Obstetrician/Gynecologist.…

The field I want to enter into is CPS/Social Worker. Ever since I was just a little girl I’ve always wanted to help families in need, and help kids who need it. Being a Social Worker you can help families and kids in need. Rehabilitation and counseling and placement services for neglected and abused children and teens. To be able to get into this field you need, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and a licence or certification is typically required for entry-level work. A master's degree is also sometimes required for licensure. I have chosen this career because I have already stated I have always wanted to help others. I feel I would be a good fit for this position because, I'm a good listener, I love to help give ideas and advice. I love seeing people smile, and hate seeing people upset. During the field I understand it's going to be hard. It's going to be hard getting to where I want to be. And it's going to be hard once I'm there. Physically and Mentally.…

I had to think a bit about this one as there are many things in my life that I have enjoyed on a hobby level but that I would never want to be my career. I think that many people make the mistake of thinking just because they enjoy doing something they would also enjoy a career in that field which is not hardly the case. For me, I am extremely interested in the aviation field and I have quite extensive knowledge in the field having served four years as an Air Traffic Controller in the Navy. Part of the reason why I find this field so interesting is the fact that it deals with travel which is another huge interest of mine. I am more of a thinker than someone who likes to express their self and tend to like interaction with things and people rather than with data. I also would really love to dedicate more time to helping animals as I believe their innocence cannot be…

An English class has rarely been a subject that majority of students be apt to love. There are always quite a few assignments to write and as the years of education increases, the assignments are needed to be in more standardized and complicated requirements. Essays are no longer written in single sentences, paragraphs, or short summaries about yourself, or something interesting, in my point of view. It will always be about an article or something to be researched for more information. Are you capable to write an exaggeration of nonsense? An author named Paul Roberts writes an article on "How to Say Nothing in 500 words," to teach students how to complete the task in a proper manner to gain that grade every student hopes for, an A. As said before, the task becomes more intricate as we step up a level each year of education. Throughout this essay, an attempt is made to summarize the author 's explanation about how to say nothing.…

I’ve learned many things about myself and my current approach to career-related decisions as a result of the career readiness inventories. I learned a lot about my current career and educational goals such as which job I wanted to further. My education plans would include developing my math skills, increase my writing abilities, and overall success in every subject. It has also shown me that I want to get a success job that mostly relates to mathematics, most likely an accountant or engineer. It also showed my academic strengths and weaknesses. It indicated that I exceled mostly in mathematics but also in computers and technology. It also showed that I might be interest in Business and Physical education because it indicated that I would do pretty well. While filling out these career readiness inventories I got to reflect on not only my academic success but also my career and work success. I listed my two past jobs working at cracker barrel followed by Panera Bread, but also asked about my education accomplishments such as honor roll and upper level classes such as AP English in High school. It also showed me about career Exploration which allows me to compare and evaluate occupations and major areas of study that appeal to you. I received a low score which tells me that I am not very interested in career exploration. Another thing I have learned that I need no little to any improvement in completing tasks, communicating and acting truthfully, and being…
