PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA
This chapter deals with the presentation, interpretation, and analysis of data gathered from the respondents which were presented in the tables and descriptively analyzed.
Profile of the Respondents
The following are the tables showing the profile of the residents of Girls Home in
Manila Boys Town.
1.1 Age

According to table 1, 11 or 25% of the respondents have ages 13 to 14 years old with , 11 or 25% of the respondents have ages 11 to 12 years old, 10 or 23% of the respondents have ages 15 to 16 years old, 8 or 18% of the respondents have ages 9 to 10 years old, and 4 of them or 9% of the respondents are 17 years old, thus the data reveals that there were 91% of the respondents who were 11-17 years old, probably because most of the offender were teenagers as observed by many profile. In addition, this is the stage wherein individuals are in the heightened individuality.
Regarding to table 1, there are more teenagers than in children. All of them should be studying and when they reach the age of 18, they have to leave the Boys Town and they have to be in their own already.
