If there would be any such storm because of weather satellite technology and communications satellite technology, you can find out the weather anywhere in the world any time of the day. As satellites measures Radiation emitted from the earth's surface and atmosphere give information on amounts of heat and energy being released from the Earth and the Earth's atmosphere. People who fish for a living cannot find out valuable information about the temperature of the sea from measurements that satellites make. We would not able to find out the wind direction and speed by monitoring cloud movement.
* If there would be no satellites we would never be able to find the different resources such as petroleum, iron etc. remote sensing is observing and measuring our environment from a distance. If remote sensing satellites would destroyed we cannot track animal migration, locate of mineral deposits, watch agricultural crops for weather damage, or see how fast the forests are being cut down.
* If all satellites are destroyed the Reconnaissance satellites will not able used to spy on other countries. These kind of satellites are highly useful in war region such as Afghanistan because they provide intelligence information on the military activities of that region. Reconnaissance satellites can pick up and record radio and radar transmissions while passing over a country.SO if these types of satellites are destroyed we were not able to check what illegal activities a country is doing.
