All Day I Dream About Success (ADIDAS)

Adidas was founded in 1948 by Adolf Dassler after him and his brother Rudolf parted ways where his brother then went on to create the rival Puma. Adidas is a leader in the sport wear industry with leadership position in the footwear market. Adidas is a German multinational corporation that design and manufacture sports clothing and accessories based in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany which is the holding company for the Adidas Group. Adidas is also affiliated with Reebok, Taylor-Made, and Rocksport. The Adidas brand is divided into three divisions- Sport Performance, Sport Heritage and Sport Style.

The main goal of Adidas is to aim continuously to improve the quality, look, feel, and the image of their product in order to exceed consumers expectations and to give them the highest value, also Adidas helps athletes of all sports to reach the peak of performance with there initiative products they put on the market. One of the most important implications of the main goals Adidas has been to create the best products on the market.

Adidas is many know for soccer but they sponsor many major college teams, and is even the sponsor for the NBA. At the 1936 Berlin Olympics, Jesse Owens won four gold medals in Adidas shoes (http://www.ehow.com/about_5398089_history-adidas.html). Besides sports footwear, the company also produces other products such as bags, shirts, watches, eyewear and other sports and clothing-related goods. The company is the largest sportswear manufacturer in Europe and the second biggest sportswear manufacturer in the world, after its American rival Nike.
