1. The traffic problems in our city and how to solve them
Traffic problem is one of the serious problems that HCM city has to cope with day by day. Traffic congestion causes irritated feelings for people, takes people time and slows down development of economy. For me, in order to solve this problem, HCM city needs some possible solutions as follows. First of all, the city government has to invest more money in widening and upgrading the road system to provide extensive paths for all kinds of vehicles on the street. As a result, all means of transport can move smoothly on rush hours and traffic jams will be certainly reduced. Secondly, the city government needs to have many effective ways to encourage people to use public transport more and use their private vehicles less. This can be done by providing new and modern buses with air-conditioners and entertainment devices. Public transport must depart and arrive on time to get belief in passengers. In addition, staff should behave well with passengers. Finally, the city government should have campaigns to introduce traffic laws to citizens to help them understand more clearly about them. Besides, it is necessary to fine heavily people who break the traffic law intentionally. To sum up, with three possible solutions above, HCM city can partly solve the traffic congestion.

3. Which do you think is more valuable – health or wealth?
People said that “health is more precious than gold”. Therefore, I think that health is more valuable than wealth. The fact is that money is very important in life because money can help to satisfy most of our basic demands in life. However, money is not all because there is still one thing that is more important than money. It’s health. In fact, when we are healthy, we can work and earn a lot of money for our life. In addition, we can enjoy our life and perform many dreams and ambitions during our life. A healthy person is certainly optimistic and has belief in his or her life.

The issue of termination is an important aspect of the counselling process because it marks the end of a relationship between a counseller and client. Although I have never been in a counselling relationship where the termination process was an important factor, I can relate this process to that of a breakup with my partner when he moved interstate. We both had feelings of dependency on each other and had a mutual care for each other, but knew that we could not continue on with the relationship, so we terminated the relationship so to speak because basic contact would be too emotionally difficult. Similarly, a client and counseller relationship is at a deep level where the feelings and problems of the client are being experienced also by the counseller through empathic measures. Thus, termination of such a relationship can be a life-altering experience. Nevertheless, if both parties respect each other and are honest in voicing their reasons for ending the relationship, as it was in my case, then the end of the relationship can be seen positively, as a new beginning where both parties learn to become more independent and grow as individuals. I feel that my experience was quite similar to a counselling relationship in that we were both on the same level without one party being subordinate to the other and the complete separation ultimately helped me to grow as a person. I went to court in December to hear the trial of Cidney Ingram who was being charged with premeditated murder. The trial was being held in Judge Cynthia Lane's courtroom. I knew there were probably going to be a lot of people in the courtroom watching this trial, so I got there thirty minutes early to get a good seat in the front row. When I entered the courtroom, there were only a couple of other people there besides me waiting to watch the trial. I also saw the prosecutor and defense attorney setting up their laptops and gathering together their paperwork for the case. I saw the defendant, Cidney Ingram, sitting down besides his defense attorney. I also noticed the bailiff who was just standing alongside the wall in the courtroom. After about ten minutes, a man wearing a suit and tie entered into the courtroom and took a seat right behind me. The prosecutor then proceeded to sit down next to the man. Although I couldn’t hear exactly what they were saying, I assumed that the prosecutor was going over the case with the witness. People began coming in and the courtroom was starting to get crowded. I happened to notice a man that entered the courtroom who was wearing a hat, and I looked over at the Bailiff to see if he was going to say anything to this man. About a minute later, the Bailiff proceeded over to the man that was wearing the hat and informed him that he was not allowed to have his hat on inside the courtroom.…
