The purpose of this training for each employee to take responsibility of their attire and understand that what you wear can project a certain image and perception on how people interact with you.
Training Needs Assistance
Training Needs Assessment is to enable the trainer to analyze the why, who, what, where, when and how of training. To assist with identifying the most important and what the trainer needs to know so that the appropriate learning event can be developed and presented. One of the important questions for the needs assessment is to establish whether training is the answer or if the focus will be on the participant. Dress for Success training will determine a specific outcome on how it’s important to present, yourself in a professional manner. It will also require meeting a job related set of organizational and individual goals. There are several questions that will be ask throughout the course of the training, also the training will be analyzed by the organization, task, and the person. By using these tools will help us gain a better understanding that Dressing for Success is very important. In an article called Career Planning it states “although in theory most people love the idea of not having to wear a suit to work, they are often confused by the casual dress policies some employers have instituted over the last few years. Here are some simple rules: Casual doesn't mean sloppy. What performance gap needs to be addressed?
What organizational aspects might affect this situation?
What role and responsibilities do the participants have in the organization?
