TITLE
Our spa is named “R.E.S.T spa”, which stands for:
Thus, combining these four keywords together, we get REST, which is a boutique place with all facilities relax by having a masseurs to give you a massage in stylish types of rooms. The reason that we provide a variety type of rooms is we want our customers to feel excited every time they visit us. New atmosphere gives more potential for customers to try more than once if the service quality is in the level that customers satisfy. Our spa focuses on selling many types of Treatments for individual tourists, business people and people of Assam in whole.

BACKGROUND
Our team came up with many businesses that related to the travel industry management. We narrowed down to 3 types of business that were tending to open. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages, we concluded that spa business is the best choice. The main reason is that there is no spa in Guwahati fully equipped with all facilities including medical facilities .Moreover, the product that we will sell will have the sense of Traditional Ayurveda. We have planned to open the R.E.S.T. on the G.S.Road area which is a posh area and will easily attract customers as the area is a central place in Guwahati. MISSION

Our mission is to run a profitable business by providing high-end therapeutic massage and aesthetician services in a caring, upscale, professional environment. We offer massage in a variety of styles - traditional Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue work,Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, and others. Our licensed aestheticians will offer the latest in skin treatments, body treatments and anti-aging therapies. Our goal is to tailor the client's experience based on initial interview information, as well as feedback during the treatments, to ensure the client's comfort and satisfaction, and to increase repeat business. We are mindful of the overall experience - using only the finest oils and lotions, beauty treatments and aromatherapies. Special lighting, music, decor, and textiles will be used throughout the spa to complete the comfortable, plush environment and enhance the client's overall spa experience. KEYS TO SUCCESS

Become an established community Spa destination by the end of the first 12 months. To have 10 to 15 customers per day on average.
In high season, we goal to gain about 30-35 customers per day.
