CAREER OBJECTIVE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To meet new clients and take their requirements & measurements and present the conceptual plan to the client.  To prepare design/drawings, specifications and other construction documents for the use of contractors and present the same to clients/ contractors.  To supervise and monitor the construction/execution of Project on site and coordinate with clients/ contractors.  To supervise and coordinate with staff/ consultants for preparation of drawings and related documents.  To conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses of the building project.  To settle fee for services and collect payments from the Clients on behalf of firm as and when due and deposit in the bank account of Ideal arch.  To maintain accounts of expenditures/receipts.  To submit a weekly status report with respect to all the projects. PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN RESIDENTIAL:  Construction and interiors for the residence for Mr. Neeraj Nayyar at Chheherta, Amritsar.  Construction and Interiors, residence for Mr. Kuljit Singh at Garden Estate, Amritsar.  Renovation and Interiors for the residence for Mr. Ravi Katari at Model Town in Ludhiana. COMMERCIAL  50 bedded Hospital for Dr. Anil Marwaha at Pakhowal road Batala.  Hotel Raj Tirath Residency, near Golden Temple in Amritsar 
