Famous American historian HB Adams once said: "The teacher's influence is eternal; he never knows when his influence stops."This famous sentence illustrates the importance of teachers, and teacher is the profession I expect to .It’s no denial that the development of society is inseparable from education, which emphsize the importance of education as well. Out of love and interest in teaching, I apply for TESOL in your school. Jiangxi Normal University is well known for the teacher training where I have been learning primary education for three years. During this period, I have deepened my understanding of education by studying Pavlov’s conditional reflex theory, Ausubel’s cognitive psychology, Piaget's constructivism psychology, as well as a number of teaching methods proposed based on them, for instance, Task-based Approach, Total Physical Response, Situational Teaching Method, Group Work Method, etc. It is in this process that I realised the complexities and challenges of education, meanwhile, I have built an foundamental framework of educational knowledge in mind. With some confusion, I always maintain the habit of thinking, such as what kind of teaching style are popular in students, why some teachers’ class is full of joy, while others’ makes students dull? And by what can I use to focus my students’ attention in class? To explain these puzzles, my team and I did a research, finding that teachers who are courageous enough to break the routine and full of originality enjoy much more popularity. To achieve this requirement, in my opinion, we need not noly a powerful knowledge base, but also a positive and open attitude towards life. Since both education and language are my favorites, and the Foreign English Teaching is just a combination of my two points of interest, I am eager to have a deeper research in this field to find more lively and effective ways of English learning. In addition to learning professional knowledge seriously, I often participate in activities and competitions, which awarded me the second prize of the Big Lake

National Award cup of soft brush calligraphy, second prize of Jiangxi province spoken English competition, and the runner-up of the Normal University’s debate tournament; As a vice-chairman in our college, I rehearsed a large-scale poetry reciting with 100 people, which was of good effect; The special interest to host drives me serving as the hostress of many art performances and meetings inside and outside the school. What’s more, I was active in the program of serving the country people in three aspects to support education which was organized by our school and also attended some suitable training institutions as a teacher. Lately, I even won the opportunity to join in the volunteer team of Seven City Meeting. Through these various activities, I am convinced that everyone has their merits which I can learn from. University of Liverpool, a shool holding fabulous global reputation, with solid cultural atmosphere, first-class management, and many competent teachers, is widely welcomed by students all over the world, therefore, I sincerely look forward to your acceptance. Many skills need to be tested in the real situation, and this is a great solution to finding the applicant's best fit for a career in teaching.
