1. Introduction:

G&S factory for food industries one of the biggest factories of the one of biggest industrial groups in Sudan. The beginning of commercial production on April 2009 with one production line 10000 bottles /hr and with two different brands for soft drinks and it's the leader of producing malt drinks which become later the famous brand for the whole group and even for Sudanese carbonated drinks inside and outside Sudan. One of the main brands is malt drinks made according to the international standards with Sudanese mood, little bit increase in sweetness and reduction of acidity and sour taste which allowed joining a new segment of consumers like girls and children.
