Sul Shambu Shaji.S

Shambu, a Human Resource Specialist, has over 7 years of rich and diverse experience in some of India’s leading companies. An accomplished and energetic Human Resources Executive, he has demonstrated expertise in leadership and in providing innovative human capital management solutions; including strategic planning, policy and procedure administration, recruiting and hiring practices, personnel development, retention approaches, legal compliance structures, managerial support, negotiations, and conflict management. Currently working as Assistant Managing HR for Firstsource Solutions Limited, Coimbatore, Shambu has been associated with the company for over a year.

Prior to joining Firstsource he was associated with General Electric, Gurgaon as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Apart from HR functions, he is also involved in Soft Skills Training, Aptitude Training & Orientations in various Institutions & events.

Shambu is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Business Management and an alumnus of Madras University.

Shambu is a keen follower of industry movements, business, and stock markets. He is also an avid sports fan and plays badminton in his spare time. His hobbies include reading and listening to music. He is based out of Chennai.
