I agree with my work culture results. The results gave me all necessary resources, to do high standard work. High powered when it comes to demanding jobs, career development, high salaries and other benefits. The chance to try different jobs or work in different places. I think work culture preference activity, does match with my considered ideal work culture. Working in safe places, comfortable, and well-designed work places would be very ethical. The chance to contribute positively to society and making a difference to people lives I think there is a relationship between effective study habits and techniques and being successful. You can submarine your career and work relationships by the actions you take and the behaviors you exhibit at work. No matter your education, your experience, or your title, if you can't play well with others, you will never accomplish your work mission. Effective work relationships form the cornerstone for success and satisfaction with your job and your career. How important are effective work relationships? They form the basis for promotion, pay increases, goal accomplishment, and job satisfaction. My personal preferred lens is: Rights and Responsibility and Relationship Lens. My rationality to determine both, the universal rules that each person should follow, autonomy and the processes that assure fairness and justice for all in the community equality. Because I believe that a consistent process results in a just outcome for all, I sometimes trust the process to much. I forget that unequal access gives rise to unjust outcomes, even when the process itself is fair. I make sure that both my head and heart agree. Although I do a good job of balancing the needs of the community and the rights of individuals, I do tend to be rigid in my application of universal principles regardless of circumstances.
