CHAPTER 1
Introduction
The named ACWA came from the word “aqua” which means water and they used “ACWA” for uniqueness and name ACWA World was the registered name of the said resort and was owned by Mr. Richard Paz, the former coach of the Wind Surfing, Philippine Team, Mr. German Paz and Ms. Cory Paz. Formerly ACWA World was formerly owned by a friend of the Paz bro’s; due to financial problem , nearly the resort will be closed, the former owner of the said resort tend to sell the resort to Mr. Richard Paz , and on January of the year 2006. They renovated the resort to improve the facilities and to make it more attractive. Currently, Mr. German Paz is the one who managed the said resort. They used Wind Surfing as one of their best attraction and commonly used in terms of their sports. They are also offering rentals for diving equipment and others like Kayaking and tutorial of windsurfing. ACWA World belongs as one of the Anilao’s Diving Resort in Mabini Batangas. There are a lot of beach resorts beside the ACWA World which is considered to be as competitors for potential customers.
With all the information discussed and gathered by the proponents they decided to make a web-based Inquiry and Reservation System for ACWA WORLD Beach Resort which be entitled as ” ACWA WORLD Beach Resort Official Website ”.

Problem Definition
After a thorough interview the proponents found out that the following are the general and specific problems exist on ACWA World Beach Resort:
General Problem:
The promotions or advertisement made by ACWA World beach resort personnel are not sufficiently and effectively enough for them encourage potential customer on higher rate.
Specific Problem:
1. Traditional way of disseminating or transcending information about the resort for marketing and advertisement.
2. Manual reservation process used by ACWA World Beach Resort leads to and most of the time prone to conflict of schedules specifically room and resort accommodation as a

    The Crystal Coast Ocean Resort (CCOR) is a large, family-owned resort located on one of the finest beaches in North Carolina.
