REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INCLUSION OF
NAME IN THE PANEL OF FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS FOR BOT
(TOLL) /BOT (ANNUITY), OMT AND OTHER PROJECTS BEING
UNDERTAKEN BY NHAI.
1.

General
National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has been improving and developing stretches on Public- Private Partnership on BOT (Toll )/BOT
(Annuity) basis. Ten number of firms have already been empanelled with NHAI for providing Financial consultancy services in respect of BOT Projects.
Now, NHAI intends to empanel/ engage more Financial Consultants, package/project wise for various projects/ packages. Accordingly, NHAI proposes to invite Expression of Interest to procure the services of more Financial Consultants for enlarging the existing panel.
The financial consultants, so engaged, will be paid a consultancy fee of
Rs. 10,00,000/- plus service tax per package/project subject to terms and exceptions as provided herein.
The services of the Financial Consultants / Consultant will be required intermittently till the packages (projects) achieve Financial Close. This is expected to last for a period of about twelve to fifteen months. The
Financial Consultant engaged by NHAI will assist in all matters related pro ject s fr o m pr e -qualification till Financial Close of all the Projects including the warranties and undertakings required to be obtained from various project players at various stages and carrying out the “Due diligence” on behalf of NHAI as the Project Owner’s Consultant.
