Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 4 eggs
• FILLING:
• 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 8 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup chopped fully cooked ham
• 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown or white rice (or 2 cups already cooked rice) • 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1 jalapeno, seeds and membrane removed, finely diced (can substitute 1 can of green chiles which is what I did) • 1 teaspoon cumin
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tablespoons tomato paste
• 2 cans (15 oz. each) pinto beans, drained and rinsed (I used black beans) • 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 (10 oz) package frozen corn or 1 can whole kernel corn, drained  (I personally would recommend the frozen corn) • 6 green onions, white and green parts finely chopped • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 16 burrito-sized (10-inch) flour tortillas
• 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese (or whatever kind of cheese you have)

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 3/4 cup slivered almonds, chopped
• 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
• 1 loaf (1 pound) French bread

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
• 1 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
• Assorted crackers
