To prevent RSI: * Adjust your chair to the correct position * Make sure there is enough space to work comfortably * Use a document holder * Use an ergonomic keyboard * Use a wrist rest * Keep your wrists straight while typing * Learn how to type properly
Back ache
To prevent back problems: * Use an adjustable chair * Check the adjustment of your chair to make sure it is at the correct height * Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor * Make sure your screen in lined up with your eyes, tilted at an appropriate angle.
