A general and brief description of the system being studied  1.2 Overview of the Current System  The current solutions being implemented and the problems with each of these should lead to the specific problem that the proponents intend to address  This section should provide necessary information on the current situation/system such as its nature, its description, users/beneficiaries, etc.

1.3 Significance of the Study  This should point out how finding a solution to the specific problem is beneficial. Your purpose for this section is to convince the audience that the project is worth pursuing.
