Duties include providing and overseeing the delivery of primary care to patients with history of illicit substance abuse/dependence as well as the general population. 02/2010-11/2010: University of Mass Medical- Per Diem 24 to 32 hr/wk position providing acute and primary care for the Department of Corrections at Walpole’s Cedar Junction. Duties include complex history gathering, physicals, ordering labs and diagnostics for chronic disease management and establishing treatment plans and follow ups for both previously diagnosed and newly diagnosed patients newly incarcerated in the department. 03/2010-Present: Norcap Lodge/Good Samaritan Medical Center- Per Diem position 8-24 hrs weekly.
