Introduction
The purpose in this experiment was to estimate the osmolarity of potato tuber and celery cells by change of weight.Pieces of potato tuber and celery would be incubated in different sucrose solutions to find out the molarity at which weight of potato and celery tissues do not change. My hypothesis was that the

Conclusion
My data did support my hypothesis. The quantitative results I base my hypothesis on was the differential in milliseconds of a faster reaction time between the control group and the experimental group. Subject 1 of the control group (Females) had a faster a reaction time of 184.8 milliseconds. Subject 1 of the experimental group(Males) had a reaction time of 195.4 milliseconds. Subject 2 of the control group had a faster a reaction time of 8 seconds with 166.2 milliseconds. Subject 2 of the experimental group had a reaction time of 173.2 milliseconds. Subject 3 of the control group had a slower reaction time of 71 seconds with 250.2 milliseconds . Subject 3 of the experimental group had a reaction time of 178.2 milliseconds. Subject 4 of the control group had a slower reaction time of 60 seconds with 232.8 milliseconds . Subject 4 of the experimental group had a reaction time of 172.2 milliseconds. This experiment was an draw. Two Males had a faster reaction time for the Experimental Group, and two females...
