1.Understanding customer needs ( include examples of 3 different customers might conflict and have to be prioritised )
2.Communicating effectively ( include examples of 3 different communication methods and advantages and disadvantages of each )
3.Building and maintaining effective service ( including building relationships, resolving complaints , dealing with difficult customers, meeting time and budget constraints, and seeking continuous improvement)

HRProfession map

– sets out what LD practitioner need to know , do and deliver at all stages in their career, by the specialists or generalists , working in the UK or internationally. It sets the benchmark for LD excellence and the LD function. The map is firmly rooted in the real world having been created whit LD practitioner drawn from every size of organisation and across every sector. Structured around the ten professional areas of LD activity it focuses on the knowledge, activities and behaviours required in the profession today and in the future. It provides you with the means to drive you career and professional goals and underpins all we provide from our qualifications and membership through to our in-house training provision.

Strategy, Insights & Solutions

– Uses deep understanding of the business activities, strategies and plans and underlying drivers of and barriers to sustainable performance and needs of customers and employees – and unique insights to drive business performance through the creation and delivery of Learning & Development strategy and solutions. Examples of key topics included within this professional area are: -Understanding the external context in which the organization operates -The levers that drive change

-Change on the horizon and their potential impact on the business -Prompting the leadership team to define a response.

Leading and Managing

– Leads and manages a fit-for-porpose Learning and Development function, whit a strong track record of operational excellence and a deep understanding of the organisation requirements. Ensures that the function has the right capability, capacity and organisation design, and that Learning & Development employees are fully engaged, work collaboratively and possess a deep understanding of organization and the drivers that create value. Examples of key topics included within this professional area are: -Learning & Development capability-building

-Team activity planning and execution
-Learning & Development budget management
