1. 4 gm of each tea samples were taken in separate beakers.
2. 20 ml of boiling water was added to each of the beaker and allowed to stand for 5 minutes. 3. Now PH of the liquor in each beaker was measured using digital PH meter. II.4. Observations :

Result and Discussion :
After analyzing the tea samples of different brands we
found the acidity of the tea samples with the help of Ph
meter. The acidity of the tea depends on the Ph value
