Dear Mr. Tan,

Apple has been one of the top leading IT companies for the past few years and we keep growing fast. It is our unique business model that has yielded such fulfilling outcome.

Apple’s products are famous of their simplicity of use and remarkable user experience. Their user-friendly features, coupled with the clean, elegant design of our products make Apple stands out from the others. To foster its distinction, Apple believes in only selling its products at Apple licensed retail outlets. Globally, Apple does not participate in any IT mega-events, even the worldwide major events like the Consumer Electronic show in Las Vegas and the Mobile world Congress in Barcelona. This effort is made to foster our business model that has utterly brought us to the front of the industry. Just recently, Apple reaped a huge success: 31 million I-phones were sold at the end of 2011 and $13.1 billion net income was made.

In alignment with Apple’s global business model, we are bringing about the same guideline to Singapore. Although Epicentre will not be able to participate at the upcoming Singapore’s IT Show, throughout the period of the IT event, Epicentre can still offer what Epicentre offered in the mega event last year at Apple main retail outlets at Wheelock Place, Ion, Takashimaya, Suntec City, Bugis, Scotts Square and Marina Bay Sands. We believe the freebies and the special deals provided at that period of time will still greatly boost Epicentre’s sales. On top of that, Apple peripherals and accessories can still be sold at the IT Show.

We hope that you understand our need to bolster Apple’s image and effort to further push Apple to the top. Let us together make Apple the best company in the global IT industry!
