CHAPTER ONE: Introduction of the Organization o o o Describe the background of the company and structure of organization Who are the directors or partners etc What are their philosophy, vision and missions if any.
CHAPTER TWO: Administrative System o o o Elaborate the administrative system of the company How does the daily office work/ project runs? How does the monitoring of staff and documentation of work done in the office?
CHAPTER THREE: Project Management System o Each firm has distinct method of managing a project, example Departmentalise the work by phases of work, like Design Department, Production Department, Implementation Department and Administration Department. While others run their project by categorizing the nature of project like Promotion, Event, Advertisement etc. o Describe how does your company you are trained manage a project?
