  When people think of Europe they usually think of Germany ,Spain or Italy but nobody thinks about Albania.Albania’s absolute location is 41 degrees North ,20 degrees East.Albania is South of Greece,East of Macedonia ,Northwest of   Montenegro.Albania is known as the smallest country on the Peninsula.Region found is in Southeastern Europe bordering the Adriatic Sea ,and the Ionian Sea.The coastline has a measure of 362 km of length.Strategic location along Strait of Otranto links Adriatic Sea to the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. Albania’s climate is a Mediterranean climate meaning hot dry summers ,mild wet winters.Longest river is the Drin river flows for 174 miles North of Albania.Lowest point is the Adriatic Sea 0 m ,highest point Maja E Korabit 2,764m.Mostly mountains and hills;small plains along the coast.Land is used in many ways arable land 21.1%,permanent crops 4.21%,and other uses is 75.69%. Albania is slightly smaller than the state of Maryland.

  Albania has two major ethnic groups “The Ghegs” located North of the Shkumbin river ,and “The Toshs” located on the South of the same river.The language spoken by these tribes is it’s own version   of the Albanian language.Over the years the people have spoken different versions of the Albanian language ,but in 1972 a mixture of the two dialogues spoken by the different tribes were fused together to make the now spoken language.Within the country religion and culture differ among the population.The 3 major religions are Muslim ,Roman Catholic,and Albania Orthodox.
      Albania has a lot of movement in its country.For instance the country imports 24,080 barrels of oil a day,and the country imports 2.475 billion KWh   of electricity.The transportation within the   includes 18,000 km of roadway,five airports,waterways extend for 43 kilometers , and railroad tracks are 896 kilometers long.There are also 3 major ports and terminals which are Durres,Sarande,and Shengjin...
